In short
StackViewer connects to Moomoo through SnapTrade using read-only OAuth. It imports your positions, transaction history and cash balances — including US, Hong Kong and Singapore holdings — and converts them into one base currency so multi-market accounts read as a single portfolio. It then merges Moomoo with your other brokers and analyses the decisions behind the numbers: entry and exit quality, opportunity cost, and the patterns in how you trade. Connecting Moomoo is free.
What syncs from Moomoo
Positions
Equity and ETF positions across every market your Moomoo account can reach — US listings, Hong Kong (HKEX) names, Singapore (SGX) counters and China A-shares where held. Each position carries quantity, average cost and the market it trades in, so a US ticker and an HK-listed dual of the same company stay distinct rather than being merged by name.
Trade history
Executed buys and sells, including options fills (single-leg and multi-leg where Moomoo reports the legs). Each fill carries price, quantity, timestamp and the settlement currency, which is what lets StackViewer rebuild a time-weighted return rather than trusting a single headline number.
Cash & balances
Cash balances per account currency — USD, HKD and SGD are held and reported separately by Moomoo, and StackViewer keeps them separate before converting to your base currency for the combined view. Margin balances appear as reported.
Dividends
Cash dividends received, dated and shown in the paying currency, then folded into one cross-market dividend calendar so an HK payout and a US payout appear on the same timeline.
What does not come across: live streaming quotes and Moomoo's real-time Level 2 depth; real-time options Greeks or implied-volatility overlays; unsettled or pending orders; paper-trading (Moomoo "practice") accounts; and any conditional or bracket orders that have not yet executed. Fractional-share handling depends on what Moomoo exposes per market and can lag a session behind.
Sync runs three times a day and position values refresh about every 30 minutes during market hours. StackViewer is not a real-time tool and is not built for day trading.
What Moomoo's own reporting doesn't show you
Moomoo is built for active trading — it grew fastest among options traders and short-holding-period users in the US and Singapore, and its app reflects that. The default views are quote-first and order-first: live charts, Greeks, heat maps and a running P&L that resets your mental anchor every time the market moves. What it does not do well is answer the slow questions a months-to-years investor actually cares about. If you hold US, HK and SG positions in the same account, Moomoo shows each market's P&L in its own currency, and its portfolio return figure is a point-in-time snapshot that is easily distorted by deposits, withdrawals and FX moves between markets. It will not tell you your time-weighted return across all three currencies, and it will not separate the return you earned from the money you added.
StackViewer takes the same executed trades and rebuilds them properly. It converts every USD, HKD and SGD line into one base currency using dated FX, strips deposits and transfers out of the return maths, and reports a single time-weighted figure alongside 15+ risk metrics — Sharpe, Sortino, Alpha, Beta, Max Drawdown and VaR among them. On top of that it runs a behavioural layer: you tag each decision with a reason, a conviction level and the emotion behind it, and over months StackViewer shows whether your high-conviction options trades actually beat your quiet buy-and-holds, or whether they just felt more exciting. That is the gap between a fast trading app and understanding your own record.
Also use Webull?
Plenty of Moomoo users keep a Webull account too — the two apps overlap heavily on US options and active trading, and traders often split positions across both to spread commissions, promotions and margin, or simply because they migrated from one to the other and never closed the first. The problem is that neither app knows the other exists, so your true exposure and your true return live in two places. Connect both and StackViewer produces a single time-weighted return across the two accounts, a combined diversification score, and one dividend calendar — rather than two apps you mentally add together.

Is it safe to connect Moomoo?
The connection is read-only OAuth through SnapTrade. You log in on Moomoo's own site — StackViewer never sees your credentials and never stores them. The token that comes back can read positions and history and nothing else: StackViewer cannot place a trade or move a dollar, and no trading permission is requested at any point. You can revoke access from inside Moomoo whenever you want.
Data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.2+ in transit, authentication runs on AWS Cognito with optional TOTP MFA, and you can export everything to CSV or delete your account at any time. Full detail on the security page.
Which other brokers can you connect?
