StackViewer is an investment portfolio analytics platform operated by StackViewer, headquartered in Barcelona, Spain. We provide tools for tracking, analyzing, and reflecting on investment portfolios. StackViewer is not a financial advisor, broker, or investment platform. We do not execute trades, manage funds, or provide personalized investment advice.
You must be at least 18 years old to use StackViewer. By using our platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@stackviewer.net if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without their explicit consent.
StackViewer connects to your brokerage accounts via SnapTrade, a regulated third-party API provider, using read-only OAuth authorization. This means:

All analytics, AI-generated insights, metrics, and content are provided for informational and educational purposes only. You should not make investment decisions based solely on information provided by StackViewer. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

You agree not to use StackViewer to:
StackViewer may offer free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the platform after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
StackViewer and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by StackViewer and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without our express written permission.
Your portfolio data and journal entries remain yours. We do not claim ownership over data you input into StackViewer.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StackViewer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or investment returns, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of StackViewer shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to other users, third parties, or StackViewer.
You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of StackViewer after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
